Every Ford F-150 comes with a 10-speed automatic and a hybrid powertrain is offered for the first time generating 400 horsepower. Ford says the hybrid model will give you up to 700 miles of driving range on a single tank of gas and it can also power an onboard generator to keep power flowing at your job site or at your home if your residential power goes out.
Towing and payload capacity
The 3.3-liter V6 can tow a maximum of 8,200 pounds. The new Ford F-150 can make things very comfortable inside the cabin in the higher-end King Ranch, Platinum and Limited models. You can fold the 10-speed automatic shift lever down flat to create a mobile workspace. An 8-inch touch screen comes standard along with wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ but you can upgrade to a 12-inch touch screen and a Bang & Olufsen stereo with 18 speakers.
Safety technology
